We have 3 ways we give back to the community: monetary donation, participation and promotion of local organization events, and education on charitable giving now as part of an estate plan.
At Waddell & Reed in Pullman, we encourage our entire team to participate in how we give back to our local community. Once our annual charity budget has been determined, we give each member a percent of the charity budget and the freedom to choose which organizations they would like to support.
Here are charities we've supported in recent years:

United Way is one of the world's premier philanthropic organizations joining community business and civic leaders focused on a quality education; income that can support a family through retirement; and good health.
